On February 8, 2023, Gambling.com Group Limited (NASDAQ: GAMB) (the “Company”) entered into a strategic partnership with Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE: GCI) (“Gannett”). The partnership between the Company and Gannett was announced by a press release today, a copy of which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
