| 1. Represents 84,000 restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted under the Landsea Homes Corporation 2020 Stock Incentive Plan (the "2020 Plan"). Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.0001 per share. The RSUs will vest as to one-third on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of May 29, 2024, in each case, so long as the Reporting Person remains continuously providing services to the Issuer or its subsidiaries through such vesting date. |
