The November 15 Current Report incorrectly identified the date of the earliest event reported on the cover page as November 13, 2021 and the date upon which the Initial Subscription Agreements (as defined below) were executed in Item 1.01 as November 13, 2021. Both dates have been revised herein to reflect the correct date, November 14, 2021. |
