On October 19, 2023, Bowlero Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a transaction (the "Transaction") with VICI Properties Inc. relating to the transfer of land and real estate assets of 38 Bowling Entertainment Centers across 17 states for aggregate value of $432.9 million. The text of the press release announcing the Transaction is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
