Represents 4,662 Deferred Stock Units ("DSUs") granted on June 1, 2022, pursuant to the Issuer's Independent Director Compensation policy and the Issuer's Extraction Oil & Gas, Inc. 2021 Long Term Incentive Plan. The number of DSUs was determined by dividing the award value of $300,000 by $64.3545 (the volume weighted average price of a share for the 30-trading day period ending on May 31, 2022). The DSUs shall vest in quarterly installments over a twelve (12) month period following the grant date and become fully vested on the date of the 2023 annual stockholder meeting. |
