Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Wallbox, Enric Asunción, along with Jordi Lainz, Chief Financial Officer of the company, will participate in a publicly webcasted “Fireside Chat” at 10:00 AM ET. Key themes to be discussed include the company’s differentiated EV charging offering, its various geographic and technology accomplishments to-date in 2021, and recent growth initiatives and progress in the U.S. market.

As previously announced on June 9, 2021, Wallbox entered into a business combination agreement with Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. II (“Kensington”) (NYSE: KCAC), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company with a strategic focus on the automotive and automotive-related sector. Upon closing of the transaction, the combined company will be named Wallbox and listed on the NYSE and trade under the new ticker symbol “WBX.”
Completion of the proposed business combination is subject to, among other things, the approval of the shareholders of Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. II and satisfaction of the other conditions stated in the Business Combination Agreement. Upon the consummation of the transaction, which is expected to occur in the third quarter of 2021, all existing Wallbox shareholders and investors (including management) will continue to hold their equity ownership in the combined company.
