1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A common stock.

2. Represents shares of Class A common stock sold in the open market to pay for withholding taxes in connection with the vesting of restricted stock units previously granted to the Reporting Person.

3. The Reporting Person was granted restricted stock units that vest over a two-year period with fifty percent (50%) vesting on January 13, 2022 and the remaining fifty percent (50%) vesting in equal monthly installments over the second year.
