This Form 4/A is being filed to correct the original Form 4 filed on November 10, 2021. The original Form 4 incorrectly omitted from the amount of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person following the reported transaction 512 shares of the Issuer's common stock received as a result of the pro rata distribution from DTE Energy Company effected in connection with the legal and structural separation of the Issuer from DTE Energy Company.
