Explanation of Responses:

1. This Amended Form 3 is being filed solely to amend the number of shares reported as directly owned by the reporting person on their original Form 3 filed on February 2, 2022, which were mistakenly under-reported. The same error was carried forward on subsequent beneficial ownership filings by the reporting person.
