1. The general partner of Presight Sensei Co-Invest Fund, L.P. is Presight Sensei Co-Invest Management, L.L.C., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Apeiron Investment Group, Ltd. As a result, each of Apeiron Investment Group, Ltd. and Presight Sensei Co-Invest Management, L.L.C. may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the securities held by Presight Sensei Co-Invest Fund, L.P. Christian Angermayer is the majority shareholder of Apeiron and may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the securities beneficially owned by Apeiron.
