On July 28, 2021, Daniel Chen, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Blue Foundry Bancorp and its wholly owned subsidiary, Blue Foundry Bank (collectively, the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to resign his positions with the Company in order to pursue an employment opportunity outside of community banking. He is expected to remain with the Company through September 30, 2021 to assist in transitioning. Mr. Chen's resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or with respect to any matter relating to the Company's accounting practices or financial statements.
The Company has initiated a search to fill this position.
