EXPLANATORY NOTE

On February 28, 2022, Eco Wave Power Global AB (publ) (the “Company”) issued a press release titled “Eco Wave Power Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Financial Results” announcing the publication of the interim report of the Company as of and for the three and twelve months period ended December 31, 2021 in accordance with Swedish law (the “Interim Report”). A copy of this press release, a copy of the Interim Report prepared in Swedish Kronor (SEK), and a copy of the Interim Report prepared in U.S. dollars (USD) are furnished herewith as Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3, respectively.
