Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 20, 2023, Zalatoris Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), caused $150,000 (the “Extension Payment”) to be deposited into the trust account of the Company, which enables the Company to extend by one (1) month—from November 14, 2023 to December 14, 2023 (the “Extension”)—the date by which the Company must have consummated its initial business combination or begin the wind-up process in accordance with its charter. The Extension is the sixth of nine (9) one-month (1-month) extensions permitted under the Company’s governing documents.
