Explanation of Responses:

1. On December 1, 2023, the reporting person mistakenly filed a Form 4 reporting the grant (the "Grant") of 120,000 restricted stock units ("RSU") and reported 30,000 of those RSUs as vested Class A common stock in Table I. The Grant did not occur. As of November 29, 2023, the reporting person owned only 1,215,999 shares of Class A common stock.
