Target Global Acquisition I Corp.’s (the “Company”) board of directors (the “Board”) has approved the request of the Company’s chief executive officer to extend the date by which the Company has to consummate a business combination (the “Termination Date”) from January 9, 2025, for an additional month, to February 9, 2025. The Company’s Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association, dated December 8, 2021, as further amended on June 2, 2023, December 15, 2023 and July 10, 2024 (the “Articles”), provides the Company the right to extend the Termination Date on a monthly basis for up to six times by an additional one month each time (each, an “Extension”), from December 9, 2024 to June 9, 2025. This is the second of six such additional Extensions.

This document relates to a proposed transaction between the Company and Venhub Global, Inc. (“VenHub”).
