The Reporting Person owns membership interests in CGC II Sponsor DirectorCo LLC ("DirectorCo"), which directly owns Class B ordinary shares of Cartesian Growth Corporation II and, as a result thereof, the Reporting Person holds an indirect economic interest in DirectorCo and an indirect pecuniary interest in certain of the securities held by DirectorCo.
