Spindletop Health Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022 (the “Q1 2022 Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date for the reasons described below.
The Company is unable to file its Q1 2022 Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense as the Company needs additional time to complete the review of its financial statements and other disclosures in the Q1 2022 Form 10-Q. The Company is working diligently to complete its review and currently expects to file the Q1 2022 Form 10-Q within the five calendar-day period permitted pursuant to Rule 12b-25.
