Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted shares of Class A common stock that vest in four equal installments on each of April 1, 2022, April 1, 2023, April 1, 2024 and April 1, 2025, in each case subject to Ms. Galloway's continued employment through the applicable vesting date (the "Promotion Grant").

2. In addition to the Promotion Grant, includes (i) 2,857 restricted shares of Class A common stock that cliff-vest on October 24, 2023, subject to Ms. Galloway's continued employment through such date, (ii) 8,000 restricted shares of Class A common stock that cliff-vest on October 1, 2024, subject to Ms. Galloway's continued employment through such date, and (iii) 1,500 shares of fully vested Class A common stock.
