2. Carronade Capital Management, LP (the "Investment Manager") serves as the investment manager to Carronade Capital Master, LP. Mr. Dan Gropper ("Mr. Gropper") is the Managing Member of Carronade Capital Management GP, LLC, the general partner of the Investment Manager. The Investment Manager and Mr. Gropper may be deemed to be the beneficial owners of the securities reported in this Form 4 for purposes of Rule 16a-1(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
