Explanation of Responses:

1. The Class B ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of the issuer are convertible into an equal number of shares of Class A ordinary Shares, par value $0.0001 per share, at any time, at the holder's election, and has no expiration date. On January 26, 2023, the reporting person elected to convert all of their Class B ordinary shares into Class A ordinary shares.
