Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person received 114,750,000 shares of common stock of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. on December 17, 2024 in a transfer not involving a purchase or sale from President Donald J. Trump, the settlor and sole beneficiary of the reporting person. A member of President Trump's immediate family is the trustee of the reporting person and has sole voting and investment power over all securities owned by the reporting person.

2. Includes 553,176 shares of common stock of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. beneficially owned by the reporting person held in an escrow account for the benefit of the reporting person. Such shares will be released to the reporting person, if at all, on March 25, 2025.
