At September 30, 2022 and December 31, 2021, loans secured by residential real estate for which formal foreclosure proceedings were in process totaled $84,000 and $47,000, respectively. A Troubled Debt Restructuring (“TDR”) is considered such if the lender, for economic or legal reasons related to the debtor’s financial difficulties, grants a concession to the debtor that it would not otherwise consider. During the nine months ended September 30, 2022, no loans were modified in a manner deemed to constitute a TDR.
