The securities to be registered hereby are Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of Social Capital Suvretta Holdings Corp. II (the “Registrant”). The description of the Class A ordinary shares set forth under the heading “Description of Securities” in the Registrant’s prospectus that constitutes part of the Registration Statement on Form S-1 (File No. 333-256724) initially filed publicly by the Registrant with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on June 2, 2021, as subsequently amended and supplemented from time to time thereafter, including any form of prospectus contained therein filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, is incorporated herein by reference.
