1. The transactions reported on this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on August 23, 2023, during an open trading window.

2. Represents the weighted average sale price. The lowest price at which shares were sold was $169.43 and the highest price at which shares were sold was $170.15. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide upon request to the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer or its stockholders, full information regarding the total number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnotes (2) through (9) to this Form 4.

3. Represents the weighted average sale price. The lowest price at which shares were sold was $170.48 and the highest price at which shares were sold was $171.47.

4. Represents the weighted average sale price. The lowest price at which shares were sold was $171.51 and the highest price at which shares were sold was $172.40.

5. Represents the weighted average sale price. The lowest price at which shares were sold was $172.64 and the highest price at which shares were sold was $173.59.

6. Represents the weighted average sale price. The lowest price at which shares were sold was $173.84 and the highest price at which shares were sold was $174.79.

7. Represents the weighted average sale price. The lowest price at which shares were sold was $174.94 and the highest price at which shares were sold was $175.93.

8. Represents the weighted average sale price. The lowest price at which shares were sold was $175.96 and the highest price at which shares were sold was $176.93.

9. Represents the weighted average sale price. The lowest price at which shares were sold was $177.10 and the highest price at which shares were sold was $177.86.

10. 1/4 of the total shares underlying the option vested on August 31, 2021 and the remaining 3/4th of the shares underlying the option will vest in equal monthly installments thereafter until the option is fully vested on August 31, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer on each vesting date. The option contains an early-exercise provision and is exercisable as to unvested shares, subject to the Issuer's right of repurchase.
