Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
The Company has submitted an application to the OTC Markets Group to up-list its common stock for trading on the OTC Markets Venture Market, or the OTCQB, and pending the completion of the application process and its acceptance by the OTC Markets Group, the Company expects that its common stock will begin trading on the OTCQB under the Company's current ticker symbol "BFYW".
