Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On December 21, 2023, the Company appointed Pengfei Xie, our Senior Advisor, as acting Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Xie joins the Company with over twenty years of experience in financial market analysis and investment advisory. From August 2012 until present day, Mr. Xie has been serving as the Managing Member and Chief Investment Officer of PX Global Advisors, LLC, an investment advisory firm founded by him. Prior to this, from April 2009 to 2012, Mr. Xie served as Managing Director of Investments of EIM Management (USA) and later in 2012 joined EIM’s Advisory Board. Mr. Xie holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree from Peking University.
