Item 9. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 23, 2002, Centex Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Corporation”), announced Centex Homes Sales for Quarter Increase 36% and Company Expects Second Quarter Earnings to Rise 15% Over a Year Ago.
