Explanatory Note
This Current Report on Form 8-K/A (this “Amended Form 8-K”) amends the Current Report on Form 8-K furnished by Mister Car Wash, Inc. (the “Company”) on February 21, 2024 (the “Original Form 8-K”). The purpose of this Amended Form 8-K is to correct a clerical error in the column for the 2024 Initial Outlook for "Comparable-store sales growth %" in the Fiscal 2024 Outlook table contained in the press release issued by the Company on February 21, 2024. A copy of the corrected press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 21, 2024 , Mister Car Wash, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K/A and is incorporated herein by reference.
