Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares of common stock of Acurx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Issuer") purchased by the reporting person in connection with the Issuer's initial public offering, which closed on June 29, 2021. Due to an unintentional oversight, the transaction reported on this Form 4 was not previously filed on a Form 4 in a timely manner and was omitted from one Form 4 that was subsequently filed. The 12,500 shares of common stock of the Issuer were purchased at the initial public offering price of $6.00 per share.
