On November 9, 2022, Westley Moore notified Focus Impact Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) of his resignation as Chairman of the the Company’s board of directors (the “Board”), effective immediately. Mr. Moore resigned due to his election as Governor of the State of Maryland and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
