TruGolf Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) determined that it was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2024 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed filing date because the Company requires additional time to complete certain items with respect to the financial statements to be included in the Form 10-Q.
