3. Convertible notes held by clients of Corre Partners Management, LLC ("Corre"). As a managing partner of Corre, the Reporting Person may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of such securities. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities, except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.
