2. 2,070 Restricted Stock Units vest on February 23, 2024; and 2,071 Restricted Stock Units vest on February 23, 2025. SFNC shares will be delivered within 30 days of vesting. Events such as retirement, death, disability and other specified events in the agreement may result in earlier vesting.

3. The Restricted Stock Unit vested on February 24, 2023. Shares will be delivered within 30 days of vesting.
