Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class A common stock"), of Atlas Technical Consultants, Inc. Except as otherwise provided in the applicable RSU award agreement, the shares of Class A common stock underlying the RSUs will be delivered to the Reporting Person within 30 days of the applicable vesting date. |
