Item 8.01 Other Events
As previously disclosed, on September 7, 2023, shareholders of TKB Critical Technologies 1 approved an amendment to its amended and restated memorandum and articles of association to change the name of the Company to Roth CH Acquisition Co. Trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the new name will commence on Thursday, September 21, 2023. The trading symbols and CUSIP numbers did not change as a result of the name change.
