2. The securities reported herein are owned by Madetys Investments, LLC, a limited liability company of which the Reporting Person is the general manager.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price per share. These shares of Common Stock were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $33.70 - $33.91 per share.
