Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents shares of common stock transferred from Chardan Monterey Investments LLC ("Chardan") to certain affiliates of Chardan for a price per share of $0.006, pursuant to Share Transfer Agreements dated March 9, 2023.

2. The shares are held directly by Chardan. Jonas Grossman, as the managing member of Chardan, has voting and dispositive power over the shares held by Chardan and may be deemed to beneficially own such shares. Mr. Grossman disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

3. Represents shares of common stock transferred from NorthStar Bio Ventures, LLC ("NorthStar") to Chardan for a price per share of $0.006, pursuant to a Share Transfer Agreement dated March 9, 2023.
