Departure of Chief Operating Officer
On February 16, 2024, Mr. Renaud de Viel Castel departed from his role as Chief Operating Officer of Rubicon Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), effective February 16, 2024. Mr. de Viel Castel’s departure was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or its board of directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. The Company sincerely thanks Mr. de Viel Castel for his leadership and contributions to the Company.
