1. Represents shares held by the Sognatore Trust, which holds shares for Bricol International Corp., a company wholly owned by Mr. Ruben Minski, as beneficiary. Includes 4,875,868 Ordinary Shares held in escrow subject to release pursuant to the terms of that certain Transaction Support Agreement, dated as of March 31, 2021 by and between Crynssen Pharma Group Limited, Procaps Group, S.A., Union Acquisition Corp. II and those other persons and entities signatories thereto.
