Enric Asunción Escorsa is the record holder of (i) 1,054,420Class A Ordinary Shares, and (ii) and 775,267 shares of Class A Ordinary Shares underlying stock options that are vested or will vest within 60 days of December 31, 2023.

Enric Asunción Escorsa has sole investment and dispositive power over the securities held of record by KARIEGA VENTURES, S.L. As a result, Enric Asunción Escorsa may be deemed to share beneficial ownership over the securities reported herein.
