1. This amendment is being filed to amend the disclosure in Table I, Line 2, Columns 4 and 5 in the Form 4 previously filed on October 12, 2021 by the reporting person in order to disclose the amount of shares subject to certain restricted stock unit awards received in connection with the separation of Consensus Cloud Solutions, Inc. from Ziff Davis, Inc., formerly known as J2 Global, Inc. When the Form 4 was initially filed on October 12, 2021, the number of underlying shares subject to such awards was not calculable.
