Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 15, 2023, Consensus Cloud Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The Company’s stockholders voted on two proposals at the Annual Meeting, each of which is described in more detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 28, 2023.
The final results for each proposal considered at the Annual Meeting are set forth below.
