Director Changes
On January 30, 2025, Stephen Fitzpatrick provided notice to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Vertical Aerospace Ltd. (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the Board, effective immediately. The Board thanks Mr. Fitzpatrick for his efforts in founding the Company and pioneering its vision of electric aviation.
