Item 8.01. Other Events.
On July 8, 2016, Cleco Power LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cleco Corporate Holdings LLC, announced its intention to voluntarily delist its 6.50 percent Senior Notes due December 1, 2035, from the New York Stock Exchange. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
