Attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference is an investor presentation dated April 2023, that will be used by Vahanna Tech Edge Acquisition I Corp. (“Vahanna”) in meetings with certain investors with respect to its proposed business combination (the “Business Combination”) with Roadzen, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Roadzen”).
