Explanation of Responses:

1. The shares subject to the option are fully vested and exercisable.

2. The shares subject to the option vest over a period of three years, of which 18,000 shares vested on March 1, 2017 and 1/8 of the remaining shares vest on each quarterly anniversary thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person remaining in continuous service through each vesting date.

3. The shares subject to the option vest over a period of four years, of which 50% of the shares will vest on October 1, 2024 and the remaining 50% of the shares will vest on October 1, 2025, subject to the Reporting Person remaining in continuous service through each vesting date.
