1. Consist of restricted stock units ("RSUs") awarded pursuant to the Enfusion, Inc. 2021 Stock Option and Incentive Plan. The restricted stock units vest as follows: 3,676 RSUs on September 27, 2022; 3,676 RSUs on September 27, 2023; and 3,677 RSUs on September 27, 2024.

2. Consist of restricted stock units ("RSUs") awarded pursuant to the Enfusion, Inc. 2021 Stock Option and Incentive Plan. The restricted stock units will vest in full on the date of the 2022 annual meeting of stockholders of the issuer.
