Explanation of Responses:

1. On May 20, 2024, the reporting person transferred 33,792 shares of the Issuer's Class A common stock to the Urmson 2022 Irrevocable Family Trust (the "Trust") for no consideration. The reporting person is a trustee of the Trust, and certain members of the reporting person's immediate family are the sole beneficiaries of the Trust. The reporting person, in his capacity as a trustee of the Trust, may be deemed a beneficial owner of the securities held by the Trust.
