These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from (a) with respect to the weighted average price of $40.4653: $40.00 to $40.99, inclusive, (b) with respect to the weighted average price of $41.5805: $41.00 to $41.90, inclusive, and (c) with respect to the weighted average price of $42.0375: $42.03 to $42.04, inclusive.
