Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents the founder shares issued to Wuren Fubao Inc. (the "Sponsor") in connection with the Company's initial public offering ("IPO") and includes 243,750 ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 (the "Ordinary Shares"), which are subject to forfeiture to the extent the underwriters of the IPO exercise their overallotment option.

2. The shares are owned directly by the Sponsor. Mr. Bin Li is the director of the Sponsor, and has voting and dispositive power over the shares held of record by the Sponsor. Mr. Bin Li disclaims any beneficial ownership of the securities held by the Sponsor, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
